What are the typical shipping arrangements?
Great care has been taken to ensure that all products conform to our high quality standards. Each product is inspected prior to shipment. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from H&H Products.
Ireland: Lead Time: 1-3 days. Please allow up to 21 working days for non stock items. Price: €8.00 including VAT (weight up to 20kg) (Monday – Friday). Orders of larger weights will be sent in multiple packages.
UK: Lead Time: 5 days, Price: €24.00 including VAT (weight up to 20kg) (Monday – Friday)
Please ensure you will be at the delivery address to sign for it, and also include a contact telephone number please.
For deliveries to other countries, please contact our Sales Team for exact delivery costing and lead times on orders.
How do I request a refund or a return?
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase order placed with us. Goods to be returned, with the exception of personal clothing, bedding, toileting and showering products for hygiene purposes, must be notified to us at email@example.com within seven days stating the reason for return.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can be refunded, but only for the cost of the goods less delivery. All approved returns must be organised within 21 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused and still have their original packaging and labeling attached. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge where appropriate).

How can I arrange payment of a item in your shop?
For payment we have several options available to you. By simply selecting the product and continuing to your checkout you will be presented with options for secure credit card payments. There is also an option to purchase via paypal. You may also choose to call our orderline directly on 00 353 (53) 9420914 and speak to one of our Customer Service people who can process your order over the phone. Do I have to set up an account to order online?
No not at all. During the online order process you will be asked for a delivery address and payment option but you do not have to create an account. However creating an account can be useful and has the following benefits;
- Follow orders and access the requests history.
- Ability to add your favorite items to a wish list and share them
- Store your address and payment details to make your future purchases even faster.
- Manage your personal data and addresses in the customer area.
